I was just kidding about the chopper - although there is a Hughes 500C that we are partial owners in about 1/8 mile away in a hanger from me right now ----- hhhmmmmmm :) That accident was just cleared though - we should be ok.

Merry Christmas to everyone as well !!!

Hope all you guys enjoyed your christmas, and santa gave you what you all wanted :)

I was quite dissapointed when I didn't find an astro saber in my stocking :)
Even if it were in my stocking, it would probably fall off the mantel :)

We had a great Christmas here in NJ. We were visiting relatives up in North Jersey (near Newark) when the snow got really wild, but we stayed until a bit past 7pm, and the drive home (30 miles) wasn't bad. The main highways were cleared. The boys got nice stuff from Santa, so that's what counts for them.

Wazzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzup is correct, Jesus is the reason, and we all need to remember more often, whether you are religious or not, that making the stores rich is NOT what Christmas is about.

We had a particularly pleasant surprise gift Christmas night about 7.10pm while cleaning off the car for the trip home. The northern lights made a beautiful display. I'm 41 and this was the first time I'd ever seen the aurora! The sky lit up brightly, a sea green sort of colour, bright as daylight. And it stayed that way a good 25-30 seconds. It wasn't flickering, not like lightning, but it just lit up toward the northwest. And the lights flickered, so it was strong enough to good up the power grid.

Amazing! And to think, the northerners take that for granted. What a display! And a wonderful Christmas gift!

Be well folks, go play with those new toys! I didn't get any radio related toys this year, but one never knows about next . . .

But, I did get a kickass DVD-ROM for my laptop.

Merry Christmas to everyone as well...eh..........so a day late.

I got just about everything I wanted form Santa.....except the stomach virus I received from my wife.

We have areas here that record 34 inches of snow. I have a 6 foot drift in my driveway and still can't find either of my cars..... thankfully the truck has 4 wheel drive.

PS anyone got a small plow that would fit on a 98 Dodge Dakota they want to get rid of? :-?
