I'd love to own one, but I can't afford that kind of money for one that's even riddled full of bullet holes. I'm sure there are other ways of mounting, I saw one at a fire show with all the equipment in the "dog house"... the big hump console in the middle of the front seats.

These are one of the most disgusting vehicles to do any installation work on. I had the pleasusre of installing a pair of CDMs in one. For such a big vehicle, there isn't even any room in the driver's seat.

As for the H2.....nice 1500 series C/K pickup chassis and driveline underneath this ugly thing! Not a real hummer- like the one I had last night.

do you mean a exmillatry unit or civiallian

The millitary ones come with a couple radio trays on the dash.

the h2 is on a 2500Hd frame

I mean the civilian units.

I was inquiring because I wanted to know the basis of what the Infralinx truck was built on, and how hard would it be to work with the hummers, instead of the excursion or other SUV's

Here are a couple of "hummer and radio" referances I have in my bookmarks.

Might check with these guys they are using a hummer as 2way service vehicle.

This guy has some NICE Relm radio mounted in his hummer. Not sure how he uses it, but looks nice...

These guys have a pillar tray. Kinda of ugly, but then again its going into a hummer.

Sweet ride - being a Jeep owner myself, I feel humbled...

Kind of how a Sidekick owner feels when I pull up next to them.. :)

Hummer....Lots'a fun, NOT.

I've done my frst and last Hummer install on an ex-Marine Corps Hummer. 24 volt positive ground... Oh yeah, lets put a light bar on it, radio and siren too.

Not another military Hummer for me. Too much like work.

It beats the crap out of you when you're driving it to.
