MY FD just got several new HT1250 radios VHF with limited keypads - can we make the radio do one touch zone change ? - and what functions can I assign to the 3 P buttons on the front panel ?
I am pretty sure that "one touch" zone changes cannot be done. You can use the three front buttons for anything that the side buttons can be used for. Personally, I don't use the front programable buttons, it's too easy to bump something and hit the button(s). I aonly use the three side buttons.
How does your FD like the protables???
I am very pleased with the one I am using...
