How easy/hard/expensive is it to add analog scrambling to a HT1250?
Possibly the rolling-code type might be needed.

We have 2 units that our radio shop has been trying to get to work with rolling code by Midian. Nothing but problems. I 'm sure there must be others out here who have had success. Bill

I have used the inversion model from Midian (VPU15) in over 50 HT1250s and they work great. Haven't tried the rolling code.

Yes try Transcrypt International. They make a simple plug in board for the HT1250's and they work great no problems ever.

I have added about 25 to HT750/1250/1550 and have never had a problem not to also mention there voice inversion in my opinion is a little more secure.
