Any body have any pros or cons?
Does IFR still support the Marconi equipment?

Marconi has a service facility in New Jersey.
I have a 2955 that has no display. I suspect a HV problem as the filament in the CRT glows. Generate & monitor works OK. In a phone call to the service tech about a year ago, assuming it's a HV problem, the estimated cost to repair, complete calibration and return shipping was around $900.
