HMN1074B Microphone Pinout Needed

I am currently trying to run an external microphone for our ambulanc corps. I have the HMN1074B Microphone and ran a 4 conductor shielded wire to connect the microphone to the back of a Radius Mobile.

However, I do not have the pinouts for the microphone RJ-45 connector. I have a white/yellow/green/red/black/blue wire configuration on the jack. Can anyone tell me how to hook this up to the 16 pin connector.

Don't know what RJ45 you have. But on the 16 pin conector on the radio, Pin 2 is mic hi; pin 3 is PTT; pin 7 is ground. should be all you need for a mic.
