I got a Motorola gtx mobile radio from and auction site. the seller said it used to be on a nextel fleet....and now everytime i go to read the radio it won't let it read the radio? should i be doing someting b4 i try to program it ? the model number is m11ugd6b1an? also what software should i be using to program it ? thanks BOb

could be new enough to need GTX Ver 4.0; usually gives an error saying software not compatible though. Don't know what else, unless you have a bad mic conector, check the pins.

You probably just need the newest version of RSS. Part# RVN-4150. I believe the latest version# is 4.00.01a, OCT 6, 2000.
