For easy mail-order retail try the good folks at MilesTek http://www.milestek.com They carry Leviton, Hellerman/Tyton, and their own "house" brand.
If you're only doing one or two plates, there is always Home Depot. What they hit you with in price you may or may not make up on shipping and convenience for small lots.
Amateurs train until they can do it right. Professionals train until they cannot do it wrong.
I have always had decent luck with that stuff from Home Depot. You can buy in multi packs and save a little too. Glad to hear you are putting wire in the walls.......I work for a phone/cable/internet company and nothing bothers me more than a customer who remodels a house and calls for the new outlets after the sheetrock is all finished .

Depending on where you live, there's electronic surplus stores that carry this stuff often. Here in Toronto, Active Surplus on Queen Street stocks these things, WAY cheaper than Home Depot, and I'm sure the quality is just as good.
Amazingly, Home Depot and Lowe's carries some pretty good stuff.
They also have the integrated systems with the central wiring box, snap-in interface modules, mini ethernet hubs, and all of the different plug-in modules for the wallplates. Leviton brand is pretty good.
They even have composite cable with CAT-5, RG6, CAT-3 cables all in one bundle.
I'm located on the west coast in SoCal and although I have a Graybar account, I usually just slide by there for the small jobs or work on my home.
find a good panduitt rep... the levitron crap is just that.... not to mention it is way overpriced. some decent electrical supply houses are better. i have had good luck w/ Frost here in STL. Not to mention, i have a buddy who is a sales rep for panduitt and he usually takes care of me.
