"Radio Fault 02" on MC2100

What does this meen?
Is it an error in the radio itself or is it a problem in the accessoryconnector?
I only use pin 1 and 3.
The modelnumber is: M01RFM9AN5.
My other MC2100 has a connection between pin 9 and 10, what is this?
