This might be a stupid question, but does anyone know if you can program a Motorola MTX 810 with MTX 820 RSS software?

MTX810 requires its own Software as the
MTX820 requires its own version as well.
Although the radios have some similar
Specs, the Software is different. One
way of Motorola creating a New SW Market
for a radio that is similar.
