Codeplug help!! - Astro Saber II to III with Digital ID Disp

Post by Johnno »

Here' the current stats.

Astro Saber II
Model - H04RDF9PW7AN
Serial - 465AXA10xx
Firmware - 00.04.00.03
DSP Software - I06.01.00
Flashcode - 180001-000000-9

Installed Flascode options:
Q806/G806 IMBE / APCO-25 Digital Operation
H868/W298 Conventional Multikey and Analog Conventional MDC OTAR
H35/G48 Conventional Operation

Please!!! Somebody help if they can.

I am trying to get a codeplug for an Astro Saber II or better still III with Digital ID Display, that can suit my current 403-470.
(I have a ASIII case I can use if it works)

I believe this to be option H14/G114

I understand that I will have to use MTSX Lab.... Is this correct? I imagine the codeplug would have to be friendly to the LAB version??

I have read and understood most of the information contained in these pages relating to reflashing ( and it's associated dangers, eg: radio that believes it is now a loaf of bread - good for toast but a bit harsh on the teeth)

I don't necessarily need to be spoon-fed, however if someone has reflashed a unit similar to mine, your suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
