That’s a location in the file. Searching for it won’t work. Instead:

Search for Hex Values... 5B85C0742B and change to 5B85C0EB2B

Use the latest version of the CPS.

There's an article on repeater-builder on how to find the password in your CDM. no mods to the CPS (ProRadio.exe) required.
