Fail error 01/90 01/92 01/93 for mts-2000

i have two mts-200 six key and send me this error ok. i read the chart. i need more explain and why fail.

one send me fail 01/90 but press hard the radio and stay ok. what part affect to send me this error and how put fine.

other radio send me two error
firts fail 01/92
fail 01/93 how make to work fine..
