Allen:
An older, direct replacement for the NLD 8773A was the NLD 8122A, which is the number yours replaced.

The low power module that covers 146-174 Mhz. is: NLD 8133A

The other modules are as follows.......................

1. NLD8121A: 136-151 Mhz.

2. NLD8122A(NLD8773A): 146-162 Mhz.

3. NLD8123A:157-174 Mhz.

Aside from the low power module previously mentioned, the remainder of those listed are all high power modules, along with their respective bandwidths.

Here's a listing of the pinouts or the PA modules.

1. RF Input

3. Voltage Control (Low/High, 2.5-7.0 VDC Transmit)(0Volts in RX)

6. B+

7. Base Bias (7.0 Volts transmit)

11. Temp. Sense(2.8 Volts transmit)

12. B+

13. RF Output
