Batboard

I would like to reprogram the rf section of this unit, it has two power connections 1 for the terminal and 1 for the rf unit, plus it has a 15pin spectra type plug on the terminal, what software sould I use?, what is the proper wiring sequence.
Is there a A+ to the 15 pin.
What is the proper power hook up.
Any suggestions would be great.
