OT: Fujitsu-Ten FTM40-3556AT Programming? Anyone?

Post by d119 »

Does anyone know anything about how to program a Fujitsu-Ten FTM40-3556AT? It's a UHF mobile, not bad looking... LCD display, all of that...

I'm all thumbs. Nothing on google. Can anyone help? Please PM. Thanks!

If it the slant face model, it has a jumper you ground and can program from front if newer model. If it a older model it takes a E-Prom programmer. I did a search on yahoo and there are some people around who can still program them. Nice radio cause you can hang it from the roof and invert the display.

This is not a slant-face unit. It's about the size of a MaxTrac with a solid metal silver heatsink on the top/back. It has a liquid crystal display that is amber backlit. It has REC and PLAY buttons on the front... (DVR?)

That model takes a plug in mudule with a chip that throws it into programming mode. I used to have that chip but it is missing in my abiss (Garage) It is only about 2x2 with a 3" pigtail & plug. Someone has to have one.
