MTS200 HELP

Post by Fireman90 »

Hello Group! I had a MTS 2000 800 mhz trunking radio programmed for a trunking system. But when I turn the radio on it says out of range, but i know for sure that I am in range. Anyone know why this is happening?

Thanks

Most likely because your system changed control channels and is now using a control channel that isn't programmed in your radio.

The other possibility is that something happened to the receiver in your radio.

"Out of range" means that the radio cannot find the data stream with your Trunking System ID on any of the control channels programmed in the radio.
