The NMN6156B speaker mic has an electret microphone element and a 28 Ohm speaker.

Impedance is usually not specified for an electret microphone. If you are looking to replace it with with a dynamic, crystal or ceramic microphone where impedance is a concern, the answer is that those types are not compatible.

The NMN6156B will only work on a radio designed for an electret mic. The electret mic element requires a bias voltage supplied from the radio.
