Is there a good Dynamic Motorola Mic, That's readily available??

what are you using it on? What kind of radio?

Kenwood TR 7400A 2 meter Ham radio
Also It's supposed to Be 500 Ohm..

Most all the 'Motorola' mics, especially mobile, use a builtin amplifier that requires bias that is provided from the mobile radio. Even the handheld radios privide bias for the mic elements.
One really good mic for Kwoodies is the Heil mics. You can also get just the mic element.

Get one of the Kenwood commercial mics as they are dynamic. I am using one on my TM731A dual band, just changed the connector to the four pin from the rj45 and I works fine. I have also changed out the element on some of the older M mics over the years because so many of ham radio mics are so light and junk.
I like the feel of the good commercial mics.
