Need GTX Help

Found this site from a friend and it has been very helpful
got the radio (h11wcd4cb1an) and everything else
did the edit, programed the radio everything went smooth but
why is there always a but. rx 921. tx 909.
Problem no transmit at 909mhz and after further testing
no tx from 905 to 915 need help hardware,frimware,software
?????????????????????

HI:
I looks like the VCO is not locking up at 909. Did the radio work when you got it?

I was told by one of the local 900 people
that all the gtx ht's would do 902-928
tx works fine below 905 and above 915
rx works 896-941
I was wondering if edited the *mdf file wrong
I can program anywhere rx tx
but no tx between 905-915

I take it that the radio will take the tx freq. but just not tx there???

Then it seems that the vco will not lock up. I know that I have never seen one not lock up in the 902 and 927 part of the band. I have never tried them at 909. A good reason to change to 25MHz split!!!!!

I believe there is a new repeter going up soon
927/902 and that should solve the problem
