There is the BatLounge, which is more of OT talk about batlabs and hamsexy combined. It is run by Jon, K4WTF.

It can be had here: http://www.batlounge.enterzone.net

Hamsexy....well, is a whole 'nother story heh...hamsexy is here: http://www.forums.hamsexy.com

Well, I wouldn't call them "sister sites", but there are a couple of sites which sort of "spun off" from this one.

The term "hamsexy" was coined here at some point, and a website followed soon after by some enterprising members:

http://www.hamsexy.com

Also, this board used to have a Lounge area for a couple of years, which eventually was shut down. One of the members, k4wtf, took the initiative to provide people with an alternative:

http://www.batlounge.us

These are the ones I'm aware of, anyway.

There's also http://www.radioinfoboard.com which covers some of the other manufactures stuff - it's slowly growing, not a lot of posts per day, but enough people seem to read it to justify keeping it online.

[that's one site I do run myself]

also check out http://www.radioreference.com for some scanner info. i think they also talk about ham radio, but i'm pretty sure it's mostly for the scanner crowd.

You can't use throw away style email addresses - AOL, Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, etc all are not taken. You must use a real email address.

ApocolypseArms on the board here (I think that's what he goes by) would be the person to talk to.

PLEASE don't use that URL! No wonder we keep getting login error emails! Always use http://www.batlounge.us to get to the lounge, the other link works, but you will not be able to keep successfully logged in!!!

Thanks,
The Batlounge Mgmt Team.

The older address doesn't work with the "www" in front of it anyway :)
