Motorola FRN1905A Junction Box

Does anyone know anything about the Motorola FRN1905A Junction Box? I have that and a Plantronics headset that I would like to hook up to a Radius mobile.

The "output" side of the box is a standard 8-pin RJ-45 jack that goes right into the mic connector of the Radius mobile (even comes with the Moto cable that fits between the two). When I push the PTT button on the headset it keys the radio, however no audio is transmitted. There are 8 or 9 jumpers on the inside - does anyone know what the settings are?
