BEARCOM BC-120 stuck on one channel

BEARCOM BC-120 stuck on one channel

Afer Exchanged a housing to my Bearcom BC-120 it is stuck on one channel only. Radio wont change channel unless I hold down the channel buttom while turn radio on. Any ideas of what can it be?
