yup, it's a mototrbo. can't imagine how they got it since it hasn't been released yet

It could be a Beta unit. I had a friend in the iDEN group that use to send me the new units (iDEN) in beta form sometimes 9 months before the release date.

I guess these MOTOTRBO (Moto Trouble?) needs some kind of infrastructure to work? Looking though Motorola website and all I see is "TDMA based".

Yeah, 1st thing that stood out. Looks like 10 pins, imagine there are many
mic. mounted option buttons on this bad boy.

fyi, that is the same mic connector as the new O5 xtl 5000 control head

i think i am going to put one of these up on uhf hammy band.

From what I know - this is supposed to be the new 2 channel TDMA timed stuff...

From the information that's come across my desk - it looks like it'll have some neat features.
