motorola sp 50 portable

I need a power supply for a quick charger and was wondering what the output voltage should be? i thought it was 12 vdc but the plug is too small for the charger... :roll:

More to be concerned with here. not only the voltage but the polarity.
Is the sleve or tip, pos or neg. Size is just that. SIZE!
has nothing to do with voltage or polarity. All 3 things must be correct.
Then when you have that right, does the power supply have
adequate current capacity. We need some more info on which
charger you are trying to power. Phrawg

The SP50's rapid charger power supply is a 2580600E01.
Output: 13.8VDC .9A
It has a larger plug.
The smaller plugs were used on standard-rate charger power supplies which themselves were smaller than their rapid-charge cousins.

Thanks, thats what i needed to know, also does anyone know of a source to buy motorola vhf radios used online?
