Batboard

anyone else using a Sprint Broadband connect software with the BlackBerry? it was working one day without any problems, then i mistakenly disconnected the blackberry from the computer without "disconnecting" and it doesn't connect any more...

sprint is less than helpful... anybody have any ideas?
