Can the Mtsx9000 or the Mtsx sries radios be programmed into the ham band using lab?
If so what are the steps?

Re: Mtsx lab
Mike:
None of the radios in commercial service can be used on the 900 ham band without first digging into the .ODB file and modifying it so it can be programmed down into the amateur bands.
Circle-M never wanted hams to use their radios, or they felt 'we' should be forced to take the back door route to accomplish the task, which we did.

Re: Mtsx lab
LAB software is not required. You need to modify the band limits in the .ODB file in the standard issue software.
