Keynote Programming Cradle Pinout

Anyone having any info on building a keynote programming cable/cradle? I've been watching ebay for one but not having any luck. I've got a batch of em to reprogram. Thanks for any help.

Bump of an old post. Still looking for this if anyone can help. Been watching ebay but haven't been able to find a programming cradle or any info on how to make one. Need to change tones on 12 pagers. If I can get em reprogrammed can get a project off the ground for the ham repeater here. Thanks!!

BTT Looking for any info on this. They ebay item mentioned was for $250.00 a little high for a programming stand by itself. Any help on this is appreciated or where to find the info. Thanks!!!!
