I have an ht1250 AAH25RDH9AA6AN with the checksum error.
I went to blasting codeplugs at it again today and now am getting a dialog box that says "unable to unpack (type control block).
Im using cps version R4.

not shure what you mean by r4 but the newest cps for that radio is 6.09.06 update your cps and try starting there, if that don't do it then try updating the firmware.
