Motorola external speaker on an MW520?

I have seen quite a few Motorola external speakers floating around on ebay. Most look like they are for Motorola in car radio systems, however I have a seller who says they can be connected to an MW520. I did some research and found a picture of the connector end and it doesnt appear to plug into what I have on the back of my MW520 CPU. Is there a special modification that would be needed?
