CDM 1550 LS+

I have a CDM 1550 LS+ model number AAM25KKF9DU5AN. I believe there is a upgrade that Motorola offered a modification convert it to a conventional mode radio.

They used to offer model number upgrades on the CDM and HT series but not anymore.

I could be wrong here, but I have seen a number of these LS model radios with normal conventional channels in them.
By any chance have you tried to program a normal conventional channel into the radio?

I believe that the radio should take it just fine.

The model listed should hold 16 or 18 conventional channels
