XTL2500/XTS5000 problem

Has anybody else experienced the following problem with XTL2500 or XTS5000 radios?
The radio will randomly transmit on the announcement talk group instead of the selected talkgroup. It is happening on multiple radios. We are using an 800 MHz ASTRO 3.0 system that is at the "Z" release. We use XTS3000's and Astro spectras with no problems. We have checked the template, our local service shop has checked the template, Motorola system support has checked the Template. The users cannot get to the ATG in their zone/channel lists. The radios are not programmed for talkback scan. They are not "tailing in" on a console initiated ATG call. There is no patch set up. It happens any time of day and the users can be selected on several different channels when it occurs. We have a case opened with Motorola, and they are trying to duplicate it in the lab without much success. They can duplicate it, but only when a cloned radio is affiliated on the ATG in an adjacent smartzone site. This is not likely our situation since it has happened on 20+ different radios in the last month. When we opened the case, we found out that there was already a case opened from another customer (I think they were located in Florida) for the exact same issue. We stumbled across the issue by accident. I think that the users just chalked it up to user error when they heard someone else on their talkgroup and did not report the problem. Please let me know if anyone else is experiencing this issue.
Thanks,
Todd
