Gentleman,

I am putting together some options for XTS2500 that will be used for a few of my higher up with pretty much any option that is neeeded to give them anything and everything, I have heard some mixed reviews/opinions on Q53 FPP and was wondering if you guys could help me out. I have read in the Astro Software 10.00.00 that the FPP Channels have been increased to above 240 Channels and 15 Zones and everything above that is non FPP, could someone with a Radio with 12.00.10 firmware verify that you are able to utlize all 870 channels that the 2500 offers with 240 FPP personalities?

Second Question, for Over the Air programming of Secure Keys, is the option Q498 OTAR with Mulit Key the requireed option or is Q996, over the air provisioning the correct option? What are the difference of these two?

Considering the latest release of Astro25 portable CPS is R11.00.00, you might want to consider upgrading your software.

As for OTAR, do you have the back-end equipment required to make this feature work? Just making sure.

AFAIK, the R12.00.00 firmware allows 240 FPP channels and 870 channels total. So 240 FPP channels + 630 standard channels for a total of 870. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, we don't have many FPP customers around here right now.

I am currently using Version 12.00.00 Software, I just remembered reading in the previous notes from 10.00.00 that the FPP has changed and havent seen an updated on it from any of the new relases.

Yes, we are currently workin gon the backbone for OTAR.
