rewiring P100 speaker-mic for JT1000?

I have a JT1000, and a spare speaker-mic (NTN4849A) for a P100. I'd like to rewire it for use with the JT1000.. possible? pointers?

also have a couple old speaker-mic's for MX300's that could be used.. (NMN6017B).
