info on VidMic type equipmnt for Ht1000

Looking for info on the spkr mics with camera built in, found some by ehs that are called VidMic are those about the only ones ? Anybody know anything good/bad......

Looks like theyr about $700 each is that right?

I T&E'd one and a couple private security firms I do work for did as well. The video quality is poor, the audio is very poor, the mics themselves are quite heavy, and you need administrator privileges on the computer you intend to install the downloading software onto. Out of 10-12 testers, not one had anything good to say about them. When I told the customers they were about $650/ea (I guess the price has gone up) they just laughed at me
