I Have a CDM 1250 that i was programing and someone thought it was cute to unplug the programing cable when i was programing. Now the radio display says EEPROM CS Error? Any ideas how to fix it. If i dont have to send it in to the factory it qwould be great.

Search the board for EEPROM CS Error..

Stupidity creates job security!

If your radio has old firmware, programming it with the latest CPS will not add any new features unless you have the latest firmware to match..

CPS = Customer Programming Software, Not CPS Software.

Just reprogram radio with other similar code plug (clone radio) an wait until radio reset before removing your program cable... I will used a lower RSS or original version of software as much is possible.

Use the latest CPS R06.11.xx which have the codeplug recovery feature to recover your radio from EEPROM CS error
