After I receive over 25 CDM radios with same issue will not power-up I bench check this issue I found a open thru Q101 to on/off control circuit, this circuit is looking for a low from 5VDC originated by ingnition or control head circuit it self. Q101 feed directly to U101 pin 6 or PG0-XA13, you can cheat the circuit for short time by jumping base of Q101 to 5 vdc internal regulator but this a short fix and it will cause more harm that good. I also check the software most of this radios were all new firmware we perform PM every 120 days of service.
