GM950+ duplex repeater programming

Post by qldscottie »

Hi All,

I need some help programming my GM950+. I've programmed in the simplex channels without a problem, I'm just not sure how to program in the duplex repeater channels for the UHF CB range in australia.

http://www.uhfcb.com.au/40-Channel-UHF-Infomation.php has all the frequencies. I'm just not sure when I enter the frequencies for say Channel 1 do I simply put 476.42500 as the recieve freq and 477.17500 as the transmit freq?? or am I screwing it up completely?

Thanks

You are correct in setting it up the way you explained. Channels 1 to 8 are Receive and 31 to 38 are transmit. Pair them together and you will get your 8 repeater channels.
