I've tried to lookup some information regarding my problem, but I guess I'm the only unlucky one to have it.

I have this VHF HT750 (4ch) Model#AAH25KDC9AA2AN (ver r5.03.02r), and I'm trying to setup Quick-Call II decode on one of the personalities. The problem is that under the signalling tab, there is no option for Quick-Call; I only see MDC -1 and MDC -2.

Do I have a "bad-codeplug" or does this radio not support QCII?

I believe I've read on the board, that the 750 doesn't do QCII,. There was a thread abut this recently, a search may turn up something more definite. The 1250 and 1550? do support paging as I recall.

I know the 1550 support QQII and I think the 1250 do to.

.....as does the HT750. I'm just going by the specs, and don't know enough about CPS to comment further. Someone else here will have to take up that duty.

I've tried to accomplish this on some HT750s without success for a few years. I DO show the QCII options, and can program it, but I get no alerts when the tones are sent across the channel--while other radios pick up the alert just fine.

I think it might be a firmware issue.

I'm starting to think that there is a problem with the codeplug. Does anyone have a codeplug that I could use to put into this radio?
